Shipping Information

We only ship in Belgium. Should you be located elsewhere, please contact me for a quote.
Orders will be shipped with Bpost within 3 working days after payment.
Orders can be picked up at my home shop (Kluisbergen) or workshop (Deinze), free of charge. Please contact me to make an appointment.

Returns

Products can be returned within 14 days after delivery.
Returned products will only be accepted when they are in original and unused condition.
The return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded by Stok en Staart.
We only use Bpost as our national shipping partner. Products can be returned in one of their service points.
